1 package pecans, chopped fine
2 packages of cream cheese (8 ounces, ea.)
1 can crushed pineapple, drain well
1/2 cup chopped green onions
2 tablespoons chopped green peppers
1 teaspoon season salt
Mix 1/2 of the pecans and all ingredients together. Roll into a ball. Refrigerate over night. Roll in rest of pecans.
Makes 2 large or 4 small.
