Chinese Chicken Salad

Make it at home: Chinese chicken salad

INGREDIENTS:

1 head of green cabbage

1 head of purple cabbage

1 can of cashews

Worcestershire sauce

3-4 chicken breasts

Wonton strips

Sesame ginger salad dressing

Sesame seeds

INSTRUCTIONS:

Marinate chicken in Worcestershire. Bake at 375 degrees for 45-60 minutes. Remove from oven and cool.  Shred chicken.

Chop up the cabbage and put in a large bowl.

In a small saucepan, combine cashews and Worcestershire sauce. Simmer on low for about 20 minutes. Let cool.

Add chicken, cashews and salad dressing to the bowl with the cabbage. Add the wontons and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
