Recipe: Crack Chicken Casserole

Creamy and delicious: Crack chicken casserole


  • 4-5 chicken breasts
  • 16-ounce can of cream of chicken soup
  • 16-ounce container sour cream
  • 1 package of ranch mix
  • 1 package of real bacon bits 
  • 1 package of tater tots


Heat oven to 350 degrees. Boil a pot of water and chicken breast for 15-20 minutes, depending if you have fresh or frozen chicken breasts.

While the chicken is cooking, place cream of chicken soup, sour cream, ranch mix and bacon bits in a large mixing bowl. Mix well and set aside. 

Remove chicken from pot and cut into cubes. Place chicken and tater tots into sauce mixture and mix well. 

Pour mixture into a 9-by-13-inch glass baking dish. Bake for 45 mins. Serve after cooling slightly.
