This recipe was taken from the Junior League of Ogden Cookbook.
2 ripe avocados, peeled and pitted, chopped or mashed
2 cups plum tomatoes, seeded and chopped
1 cup cucumber, peeled, seeded and chopped
1/2 cup green onion, chopped
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
2 tablespoons jalapeno, seeded, minced
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons garlic, minced
Mix all ingredients together. Serve with chips.
