1/2 cup margaine
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
1 1/4 cup flour
2 bags of peanut butter cups (any brand)
Cream together margarine, sugar and brown sugar. Add egg, vanilla and peanut butter. In separate bowl, sift together salt, baking soda and flour. Add to creamed mixture. Stir all ingredients till well blended. Shape into 1-inch balls and put in ungreased mini muffin pan and press down in the middle.
Bake 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes. Do not over bake.
Remove from oven. Put peanut butter cups in the middle. Cool for 10 minutes. Pop out of pan.
