Healthy and easy: Asian salmon recipe

This recipe comes from the JLO Art of Cooking Junior League of Ogden Cookbook.

Ingredients:

  • 2 8-ounce salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • juice of one lemon
  • 2 garlic gloves, minced
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and finely chopped

Instructions:

Mix all ingredients. Marinate salmon one hour, turning after 30 minutes. Grill approximately five minutes or broil 8-10 minutes per inch of thickness.
