Make it, don't buy it: pizza crust


1 package dry yeast

1/4 cup water

2 1/4 cups warm water

6 Tablespoons olive oil

6 cups flour

1/2 teaspoon salt


Dissolve yeast in warm water. Let it sit for two minutes. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Put on flat surface and knead for 15 minutes. Place back in bowl covered with a damp towel and let rise 30 to 40 minutes.

Divide dough into 3 parts and place in 3 greased pie pans. 

Dimple dough with fingers. 

Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
