1 tube ground sausage
8 oz. package cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 pounds fresh mushrooms
Brown sausage; drain on paper towels. Add cream cheese to sausage; mix well. Meanwhile, clean mushrooms and remove the stems. Place on microwaveable plates and microwave about 2 1/2 minutes each or until mushrooms soften. Stuff mushrooms with sausage filling. Microwave 2 more minutes or until mushrooms are soft.
